I had no idea who TI was until 24’s came out. I didn’t hear I’m Serious until a few years later and I downloaded off live wire. It was a good album and I liked I’m Serious the single and the remix but TI didn’t find himself as an artist on Trap Muzik imo

It flopped. A handful of people messed with it, but the majority were not feeling it. IMO it was just a bad match - TI, Beenie & Neptunes..some combo of it worked, but not altogether.

I was in college, and my homie..a female...must've had the white label or something. She ran that song non-stop, and this was 99-00...prob Spring '00. No one else on campus liked it
