How To Stream/Record Games

I have more than 3Mbps buddy
Cant speak for youtube, but twitch caps you at 3 mbps (was 2500 bitrate I believe its 3000 bitrate now though, havnt streamed this year really) regardless if you have 100 mbps upload speed..
It's my ISP at my house. I have my console out here in Cali for vacation and it's streaming flawlessly.
so if more than 100 people are watching your stream it probably looks like shyt
that doesnt effect that. It just effects the quality that the viewer can personally watch.

Anybody know how to stream while playing music and record the gameplay without it recording the music your playing for the stream?
