If Muhammad was a prophet sent by ALLAH, he would tell you which bible to read. ALLAH wouldn’t leave that info out…… unless he was purposely trying to deceive you

I’d say Muhammad not only copied Jews to legitimize himself but was an opportunist who took from all the religions of the time/region in order to appeal to everyone
eventually he worked up a good enough theory and scheme to convince some apocalyptic Jews to actually believe in him as a “prophet” or the “Arab” messiah and “blessed one” who they could help liberate the holy land, rebuild the temple and bring the “Jewish” messiah or the return of Jesus (depending on their theology)
