And the further they move from Mexico, the less "ethnic" they get.
Bullshyt they up here in the North East working hard, sticking together doing business and can barley speak English....fact

So the U.S census is wrong and your anecdotes are gospel?Bullshyt they up here in the North East working hard, sticking together doing business and can barley speak English....fact
my house back in the states (ga) is in an upper middle class black neighborhood and I love it. There are like 2 white families in the whole neighborhood. I knew it was something different when the brothers n sisters wave at you when you drive through.
Sellers rarely know the race of the person they're sellin' to until closin', unless you represent yourself. Land / real estate in Black neighborhoods is generally cheap. How is this achieved if the people that own the land won't sell it to us fairly?
Outside of armed resistance how do black people "separate" in America?
The money in the neighborhood circulates rather than leaves as it does now. Not everyone would be workin' in the neighborhood. And not every business' revenue is limited to the neighborhood. So there is new money comin' in to circulate. Wealth builds via more money comin' in than leavin'.But this doesn't make sense though.
How do we gain wealth if we pass the same money around in a circle secluded from the rest of the country?
And no, other groups have not separated. Living in china town does not mean Chinese people are separate from the rest of the country.
And you still didn't answer the question.
We already do not own the land. If the people who own it won't sell it for a fair price, then how do we get it?
Whites built their wealth conquerin' & stealin land & labor.Didn't those whites build that wealth in a land they owned while being governed by their own rules.... Albeit segregated
Whites built their wealth conquerin' & stealin land & labor
Yeah they do, that's the exactly point of the article in the op. The sellers knowing who they are selling to and giving unfair prices.Sellers rarely know the race of the person they're sellin' to until closin', unless you represent yourself. Land / real estate in Black neighborhoods is generally cheap.
That's happening now and has been happening. That is not segregation though.Live in separate areas like most of us do now. Support the businesses in those neighborhoods.

While a great story to learn, it's not really analogous to a modern society, nor was it inclusive for the majority of black peopleSee Black Wall Street.
This isn't true "cacs" consisted of a wide variety of cultures and societiesCacs were segregated from most peoples around the world for like 200 years and built their empire on it.
I guess they could look up the buyer, but what are they gonna do, raise the listin' price?Yeah they do, that's the exactly point of the article in the op. The sellers knowing who they are selling to and giving unfair prices.

Yes, that's exactly what they do. Either that or raise interest rates or just flat out deny the sale.I guess they could look up the buyer, but what are they gonna do, raise the listin' price?
And fair prices can be had in neighborhoods that need to be invested in... poor Black neighborhoods. Fair prices throughout.
Segregation would be something like what the native Americans have. What definition are you usin' for segregation? Not folks livin' separately?
It's not modern because the world economy is much different now than it was then. The article above talks about why black folks aren't buying the homes/land and when they do they get less value out of it, which is why black wealth has been so low historically. Is it not modern because it was in the 20s?
There are many Black neighborhoods that could be made into modern day Black Wall Streets. I live in a neighborhood that is majority Black, bein' heavily invested in, strip of businesses on the edge of the neighborhood, etc. Just that the majority of folks buyin' homes & businesses are white.
Yes they do, don't know where you got this idea fromBlack folks with money simply don't invest in Black neighborhoods until white folks do. It could be done anywhere Black folks decided to do it.
Not desputin' the article, but I've not experienced this. No one I know has experienced this. I know folks that own everything from single family, multi-family to commercial.Yes, that's exactly what they do. Either that or raise interest rates or just flat out deny the sale.
OK. Nah, that would require some very aggressive, strategic occupation.Segregation would be something like what the native Americans have.
Poor article in my opinion. Agents denyin' to show? Nah, get referred. Or hit a local agency, affordable buyin' program, etc. I can speak for more than a handful of folks that haven't had any problems. It's not modern because the world economy is much different now than it was then. The article above talks about why black folks aren't buying the homes/land and when they do they get less value out of it, which is why black wealth has been so low historically.
I get that from experience. I'm from NYC & live in DC, 2 very heavily gentrifyin' cities. Whites are buyin', Blacks are sellin' & complainin'.Yes they do, don't know where you got this idea from
It's well documented that this happens, it's not even debatable at this point. Not desputin' the article, but I've not experienced this. No one I know has experienced this. I know folks that own everything from single family, multi-family to commercial.
Of course they can't speak on how negotiations would've gone had they been white, but they've not had anyone raise a listin' price or deny a sale.
Natural segregation is fine. Forced segregat is the problem.OK. Nah, that would require some very aggressive, strategic occupation.
I think many folks would be happy with segregated communities/neighborhoods.
You can't deny well documented facts with personal anecdotes.Poor article in my opinion. Agents denyin' to show? Nah, get referred. Or hit a local agency, affordable buyin' program, etc. I can speak for more than a handful of folks that haven't had any problems.
Most "fixer-upper" property and land in these cities is owned by the banks. Not black people. The value is in the amenities. You just have to research. Any Black person can buy in my neighborhood. And instead of buyin' a renovated property, buy a fixer upper. They're ALL Black owned.
Again your personal anecdotes mean nothing in the face of facts.I get that from experience. I'm from NYC & live in DC, 2 very heavily gentrifyin' cities. Whites are buyin', Blacks are sellin' & complainin'.
I also have family in Charlotte. Again, Black folks that know are comin' up. Renters are complainin'.
I know Black home owners in at least 5 other major cities includin' Chicago, Baltimore & Houston. All came up.
Across the country lots of black people live in nice middle class black neighborhoods. The problem that I have noticed is that government almost always push broke (as in welfare broke) ass nikkas in those neighborhoods and the broke nikkas end up fukking the neighborhoods up. Broke people also need more services (police, medical, fire, school etc.), which they can't pay for so the taxes have to be raised on the middle class homeowners, which in turn makes the black middle class homeowners flee and that drives down surrounding home values and start of the ghetto then begins because the criminal class of nikkas always seem to follow right behind that Section 8 shyt. I am not trying dog poor brothas and sistas, but I can't be the only person that has noticed that it seems to be government policy to use poor ignorant black people to keep middle class black people from prospering financially off of the middle class black people biggest asset (their home's equity).
The other part of the equation that I noticed is that middle class black people will try to move into middle class white people neighborhoods, because they think that Section 8 housing will not come there. So middle class black pay a premium essentially to move. White peop start selling at high prices to middle class black people and as soon as the neighborhood is basically a middle class black neighborhood the government the pushes Section 8 in that neighborhood. Of course the white middle class then takes the premium on the home that they got from the middle class black buyer and the buys in a poor black neighborhood at rock bottom prices from fleeing black middle class buyers at which point the neighborhood becomes gentrified and the whites drive out the broke ass nikkas that tore the neighborhoods up to begin with.
So government is using Section 8 Welfare shyt to force black middle class to sale their house at rock bottom prices in the neighborhoods they are fleeing and then the black middle class buys houses at premium prices in the neighborhoods they move into. Meanwhile white people selling high and then buying low in neighborhoods that they are regentrifying. That is marketing 101 and that is white people have money and black people have debt. Who makes government housing policy? White people? Whose neighborhoods are targeted? Middle class black people.
