How often do yall flake on ppl?

A lot. I live by the following motto:

"Never say no, just reschedule" People get over things, so it's whatever. I'll try my best to keep plans, but if something pops up, then ok. shyt happens. nikkas are busy.

same here, if anything happens that I can't make it when i tell someone that I'll be there, then i'll just let them know.

This. You just gotta know how to not set yourself up to even have to flake on someone.
