And just call them out for what they are? Stupid as fukk.

People been sending emails and surfing the web for 40 years now. If you 80 years old that's half your damn life. I'd say we basically got maybe 10 more years before not knowing how to send an email is equal to not knowing how to read or write your own name.
We're supposed to give white Boomers passes for being stupid and not wanting to move and adapt with the times. Just cause they white.
:mjlol:

What a stupid country....they still on Yahoo after 20 years calling black people n words in the comment section...and they want us to feel sympathetic for they bytch asses.

Them old nikkas was playing pong and galaga in the 80s, they can figure out how click send. People in this photo are probably hitting late 50s mid 60s now, think about that. The older 70 to 80 seniors aren't even a full generation removed. thats just 10 , 15 years

I don't know when it happened but it seems my mom gave up trying to keep up with tech. It was a nightmare getting her acclimated with smartphones. :why:

Oh this is just not true emails really were not popping like that until 99-2000.

And no one was using the internet in the 80s.
:francis:dishonest posting...
I'm not saying people were sending out tweets and posting internet memes in 1982. I'm just saying you young enough even at 80 today to have did some shyt that would help bridge to gap enough to at least be able to figure out how send an email in 2020 or make a purchase online.

Shiiiiiiiiiiiiddddd there's a bunch of young people who are computer illiterate I'm talking bout 50 on down
i agree. Nothing like sending a "pin" from the maps app to somebody to meet somewhere and they hit you back with "where is that?". And this is from people that spend all day making IG stories and snapchats all day. :unimpressed:

who was surfing the web and sending emails in 1980?

:gucci:

this post making you sound historically illiterate.
First off don't try to act like email and internet didn't exist in 1980s and then call someone historically illiterate. Google that shyt if you don't believe me.

Secondly thats not my point. I know most people didn't hop on the wave immediately. My point is that 40 years later and you still haven't figured it out for yourself is ignorant to me. like i said we been giving older people pass for a long time. but it's been long enough. i figure at this point you must be stupid if you still alive and haven't figured it out.

AT COMPUTER ILLITERATE OLD PPL?

fukk IS WRONG WITH YOU nikkaS?
Because this is a new generation of old people. These aren't the same 60 and 70 year olds as the ones back in the Y2K days. They was in their 30s when this shyt took off. Thats like me 30 years from now trying to say i don't understand how alexa works or how to use siri. these aren't the world war 2 vets that grew up in the great depression anymore. these are baby boomers

Ummm, that's false. I was using the 'Net in the United States Marine Corps, sending and receiving messages from DFAS on a terminal without a GUI since we used MS-DOS via ARPANET from '88 to '92.

My dad was using computers at work in the 1980s. it was common. maybe not commercialized in every home yet. But it wasn't some rarity.
