Though I usually tip 15% I am against tipping!

Waitresses/waiters pay taxes on tips, that is their problem not mine!

What do I mean?

I mean they should be protesting that sh1t, not simply accepting it and putting their customers at the end of their brochette sticks.

Them being unfairly taxed on tips is not my problem nor is it yours as a customer.
they need to deal with this, also tip taxation is bad for the economy!
When will they wake up?

I don't tip.

:whoa:

When the check comes, I put my card down. They swipe it and bring it back. I take the card and give the receipt to my girl. She signs and decides how much tip to give.

I do this because unless the service is absolutely obtuse, I don't really care. I'm there for the food, but a good server knows that the experience should be geared towards the lady, so they get as much tip as my girl thinks they deserve.

20% as a rule.
i worked in food service from high school till just after college.
those tips are what i was there for. worst feeling ever is busting your ass and knowing that you did a good job and getting no tip or a shytty tip.

there have been a couple of times when the service was terrible and i left nothing.

$7 if the bill is less than $50....$12 if its more than $50 :yeshrug:

I really dont care how the service is. All the bytch gotta do is make sure my beer isnt empty for too long. I dunno why people judge so critically on service at restaurants its pretty basic...all the same to me.

I don't tip. If they want more money they should talk to their employer about that. Employer pays them shyt wages so that they can complain about the customer (in which should never be the complaint because they are why they have a job); therefore, releasing any accountability for shytty pay that the employer is giving them.
