My peak all-time was 225 for five reps but that was with bad technique (nearly all shoulders) when I look back on it. I was about 165 lbs. then.
Pretty much where I reached. I'll try to reach around 200 for incline and see if I can hit 235 flat.225 flat, 185 on incline, 4 sets of 10 each. Cut back on the diamonds. They've been hurting my forearms. I have no ambition of being a powerlifter so I'm cool with where I'm at. I weigh 203.
I don't know if its just me but I get pissed off with nıggas come in the gym and start having a bench pressing contest with me asking me to spot them in the middle of my workout on chest day.
