How much can you bench press?

Comfortably 275.. I haven't tried to actually barbell bench in a long time when I tried to get 315 and hurt my shoulder. Strictly dumbbell press now, and feel it give my shoulders a better range of motion and feel it in my chest better

Most I ever got was 300 for 2 and fukt my shoulder up not training right.

Lmao pretty much.

One of those instances in my life where I realized my body just won't be able to get it unless I fully dedicated a large part of my lifting life to strictly bench and I don't wanna do that.

I give props to anyone who hits 315. It's FAR tougher than I thought it'd be

When I'm semi consistent 235. Pretty sure I could do a lot more if I stayed dedicated.

Rn off the couch 205, haven't been to the gym in a few weeks
