I know by doing 2 days 1 day off each week I have way more energy to lift and run. But I lift and do 50 minutes of cardio 5 days a week :manny:

Different strokes for different folks.
I don't have strict set in stone routines I go for how my body feels that day. Honestly no 2 days are alike for me and I like it it works

5-6 depending on what my goals are. Hitting lower body 3 times a week currently to increase my poverty squat, so it's been a consistent 6 days for about a month.

Honestly, I don't even know. I need to start keeping track of that.

I just eat as healthy as possible and RARELY do "cheat days". Any advice?
Depends on your goals and if you're trying to maintain, bulk or shred. Either way I think counting calories via apps like Myfitnesspal will serve as a blueprint to getting there.

3-4 days so i rest on off days. i fit cardio somewhere in there
