About two to three times depending on my work schedule. Usually go late night after work. I have been going a few times during the day this past month and it actually hasn't been as packed. Even tho it's better at night. I'll just do cardio if there's too many people on the weights during a day visit. But normally I'll just take a day to do chest and shoulders, then one to do legs. I'll incorporate some back exercises into my chest day like dead lifts and overhead cable pulls, etc. And do some ab work any day. I do throw some arm days in there often but I don't really like doing arms. Not trying to bulk them up.
