How many times do you go to the gym per week?

About two to three times depending on my work schedule. Usually go late night after work. I have been going a few times during the day this past month and it actually hasn't been as packed. Even tho it's better at night. I'll just do cardio if there's too many people on the weights during a day visit. But normally I'll just take a day to do chest and shoulders, then one to do legs. I'll incorporate some back exercises into my chest day like dead lifts and overhead cable pulls, etc. And do some ab work any day. I do throw some arm days in there often but I don't really like doing arms. Not trying to bulk them up.

Hey brehs I have been going to the gym 3x a week and want to start going 4-5x a week. I know muscles need rest etc. But any educated coli brehs know if there is any benefit to going another extra day. I don't want to hurt myself in the long run/ and or get bored. The days I don't go to the gym I can run on the treadmill at home.

At the gym I usually do
I usually run 4 miles per 3x per week on treadmill
And 6 of the weight machines, mostly arms, legs, and back.

I am tired after the workout, but my main concern is, I don't want to injure myself.

What is your frequency of going to the gym per week?
I go seven days a week 5 days lifting two days cardio

6 days a week, 2-3 hours, my office is less than 5 mins away, so I am at gym at 5am, I have a key as I help out the owner when he needs it, After work, I go back and catch anyone who is trying to not pay and do abs, and on 3 days a week, I do legs as well. So it's really 6 days a week kind of twice a day.

I don't go to the gym everyday, but I do something everyday. On a normal week i am at the gym at least 4 to 6 days. If I'm not at the gym it's because I'm doing a long run around my neighborhood or at the parking running hills. I also have a some stuff at home that helps me get a good workout in. So even if I'm not at the gym I'm doing something. Some days I spend at home getting a good hour of stretching in. Stretching is just as important as anything else.

5 times. But i might have to do cardio on off days now my winter bulk got me a little overweight.

I need to work cardio in there, but it suck so much :mjcry:

I need to find a cardio activity that I enjoy :manny:
