Hey brehs I have been going to the gym 3x a week and want to start going 4-5x a week. I know muscles need rest etc. But any educated coli brehs know if there is any benefit to going another extra day. I don't want to hurt myself in the long run/ and or get bored. The days I don't go to the gym I can run on the treadmill at home.
At the gym I usually do
I usually run 4 miles per 3x per week on treadmill
And 6 of the weight machines, mostly arms, legs, and back.
I am tired after the workout, but my main concern is, I don't want to injure myself.
