How many times can y'all rep 225 on the bench?

I probably could do about 30

theirs no "probably" when someone can rep 225 that much... you either did it or you cant do it..


as far as me, 15 reps 225 1 set

10 reps easy thats basically my warm up at this point.. its those extra reps that feel like the world

my goal is definitely 20 reps 1 set this year

I said probably because last time I tried to rep it out (last year) i did 25 and that was at end of my chest workout. Now I warmup with 20 reps and but I never go further.


I did lose some weight since last year but I’m thinking I can go 5 past my last max that’s why I said probably. Tomorrow my chest day and I’ll try to see how much I can get...

It ain’t like I said I do 480x9 or something like ole boy. 30 reps believable if I did 25 last year no prob.

lol once maybe? to be honest i've never been strong on the bench press at all


but on the flip side i do dumbbell presses with heavy weight on flat, incline & decline with no issues. i honestly think i have a mental block or even some fear when it comes to the bar which makes me sound lame


i have the same exact issues with squats, can't stand that bar on my neck even with padding or a fluffy towel. it really hurts me for some reason. so instead i do the leg press machine and a gang of dumbbell squats for my quads along with hella extensions squeezing on every rep. it works but deep down i know i'd really benefit from traditional benching & squats.. just can't do it though
