I'm repping out 6@315 right now so I imagine more than 15@225.
Just started the gym late February, missed last week because of car issues. Anyway I been going this week, going again today. I been flabby since high school because I was never athleticI'm 6' 286lbs 30% body fat, definitely trying to cut.
I'm only doing 1 plate to make sure my form right. Tried 185 for the hell of it and did 8 reps and it was alright. I'm thinking about seeing how many times I can do 225. That way when the guys ask me how much can I bench I can claim 225, which is respectable. I don't tell anybody I'm doing 135, folks would start a roast session.

I would say if you’re doing 8 reps of 185, you might be able to get 225 up once with a spotter.How many times should u do 185 to do 225?
