How many pullups straight can you do?

It doesn't defeat the purpose, he's not a bodybuilder. doing explosive pullups without the help of legs is a good way to tear your shoulder up
i do them everyday you will only tear your shoulder if you're doing them wrong like with any other exercise. He's more prone to injury flopping around on the bar like that doing fake pull ups.

I'm doing about 10 neutral, facing away or facing towards me. Also using no legs or flopping around. I usually have my legs either bent up behind me or crossed in front of me to take away using them for momentum.

sometimes 20.... mostly 15ish... But i used to be a pt monitor in the military.... so i know most people don't do the form right.. they cheat.

you're only hurting yourself in the end.

There are some nikkas that can do like 35 really good ones tho

If I remember I'll post a vid...I looked up some military form of training program that takes u 6 weeks to get near 20 forgot what it was called (armstrong I think)

I hit 10 solid one just as a warm up (reverse grip).

Most I've ever done was 58 @ 181lbs, but I've been doing pullups since 15 (late 20s now).
