I can't stand these cross fit type fukking pull ups. they are soooooooooooo moist.

A real pull up is strict and difficult. Even the best athletes can barely do 20 of them.

Pull ups/chin ups are in the GOAT discussion exercise next to the squat.

I did 100 reps of bench then tried to super set seat rows with pull-ups. I couldn't even hit 5 reps per set on pull-up after the first set. :sadcam:

lol he's still doing them wrong for "explosiveness". He's just not strong enough to do them correctly and hit the number of reps he wants to. You can do quick explosive pull ups without flopping and using all that momentum which defeats the entire purpose of doing pull ups

It doesn't defeat the purpose, he's not a bodybuilder. doing explosive pullups without the help of legs is a good way to tear your shoulder up
