Nonsense. Gentrification was a real estate lobby ask and the Democrats happily agreed, starting with Bill Clinton's much- touted Harlem office. This lead to increased black homelessness. Sanctuary cities by executive order are also a Democratic policy, as is the decision to spend hundreds of millions housing, feeding, clothing, and educating them.
