Im currently eating 2170 calories and lately I keep going over any tips?
that sounds like female numbers...5 feet tall...100 pounds and shyt...about 1000-1500 depending on the situation

I just only eat when Im hungry-
I normally eat 1 meal a day
I burn around 1600 during a normal cardio session and up to 2800 if i have a 2hr session
I take about 44 grams of protein a day
I have full energy all the time- I never get sick and sleep great

you also probably built like a 14 year old and thats why you was ducking zilla years ago
i know all about leptin levels and alla that, but getting built doesnt decrease ya good hormones, gettin fat does
I was a starting linebacker in school
I was around 215lbs then
