How many calories do you eat a day?

I'm currently eating around 2500 a day on training days and about 1800 on my one day off.

I just got off a cut... I was down to about 1800 intake and 1600 average after cardio towards the end. In the ~2 weeks since I've been off the cut I've been averaging like 2800 before cardio. I'm gonna try and settle around 2500 net. Currently 5' 9" and 182.

Damn breh, you must be lean as fukk:wow:

I'm the same height as you and trying to get to that weight level.

I'm OK but I would probably need to drop another 10 or so to get an unflexed 6 pack. That's where I'm trying to get to. Wherever u think u will need to be weight wise to get lean lean... take off another 10lbs

They were at 1800 for the longest but lately I've stopped getting hungry at night so I'm at 1500, sometimes I break and eat an extra 500 but it depends how I feel. 1500 used to be hard for me but I found that if I work out in the morning I don't really need energy like that the rest of the day.

I will be taking my calories up to 2300 at the end of this month cause I won't be trying to lose weight as fast. Try that for a while then 2100 if I have to but won't go lower than that, I'll just do more cardio.

Just started using the food tracker on my fit bit and I've been averaging about 2000 to 2500 calories. I'm 5'11" and 185-190 lbs is where my weight flucuates at.

Damn you nikkas eat little af. I ususlly try to eat 2500 on a cut and 3500 regularly and 4500 bulk

Currently no more than 1600 on this cut. And it's awful. Do at least 200 cal of cardio at the gym so approx 1800 a day.
