They were at 1800 for the longest but lately I've stopped getting hungry at night so I'm at 1500, sometimes I break and eat an extra 500 but it depends how I feel. 1500 used to be hard for me but I found that if I work out in the morning I don't really need energy like that the rest of the day.
I will be taking my calories up to 2300 at the end of this month cause I won't be trying to lose weight as fast. Try that for a while then 2100 if I have to but won't go lower than that, I'll just do more cardio.
