How long does it take you to BBQ?

Had a BBQ for some people at work.

How long you smoke this brisket for? 8-12 hours


Nah more like 2-3 hours

Which then turned into a convo in which I found out most white guys smoke shyt for at least a half a day. Brisket 8-12 hours, Ribs 6+ hours. Dude showed me a forum where they discuss all this shyt. Confirmed today with some other white guys at my job. Staying up all night and shyt just to eat BBQ the next day.

And I have had most of these dudes BBQ before, had to hit them with the Stop wasting your time.

Ribs take about 5-6hrs for me, brisket is an overnight thing so its cooked just right and that seasoning on the outside is all crispy and shyt

You have to remember most white folks like bland food. I don't know how you could smoke a brisket in 2 to 3 hours.
