I can't even bench my bodyweight yet (175). New PR today was 135 for 6 on the incline bench. Don't ever see myself repping more than 315 in my lifetime though. I go by the motto "It's not about how much weight you can bench. It's about how much weight you LOOK like you can bench."
small wrists and 6'6 armspan arent helping, but the 29 inch waist sort of makes up for it with a nice V

LOL @ the bold part. I kinda live by that too. Like, women won't come up to you and say "oooh how much do you bench?" They'll just compliment the physique and get touchy. Now if you're legitimately tryna break PRs then go ham, but I'm in the exercise game for health, self image, sanity, and confidence.
To answer the question though, I benched 225 for 2 or 3 reps back in 08, my freshman yr of college. I think with a solid of month of training I can get back there

U can do 315, u hit 225 for like 20 repsHaha I'm not the chest King like you so Idk if I can even get 315. I got to 225 relatively quick though because i have a naturally wide chest and shoulders
I don't remember how long it took to get from 85 lbs to 225. I peaked at 275.225
