How is Man of Steel "Trash"?

I must say that the Movie was Far from Trash. Not Perfect but no Movie of a Comic Book Character is, the portrayal will never be Perfect. The Story was Good with traaces from the Comics in it but Fanboys of Superman can never be Fully Well Fed...just like Fanboys of Batman..or Iron Man.. or Captain America will never be Fully Well Fed.

Overall, I think Snyder did a Great Job with this Introduction of this Superman so

...let's just hope he can keep it up with this 2nd Coming Movie because now he has 2 VERY Important Characters on his Movie.

My only beef with the movie was if the kryptonians had a machine that could transform any planet into krypton....why not go to an unhabited planet....or another planet that doesn't have a superman like yourself....or did I miss the part that Earth was the only planet that would work?

While in exile Zod and his crew went searching for other planets that Krypton had already colonized but none of them survived after Krypton was destroyed so when they got the distress signal from the Kryptonian ship on Earth and realized Superman had that codex thing Zod decided that Earth was as good a place as any to turn into New Krypton using the codex to repopulate the planet with new Kryptonians.

why couldn't they use another planet close to earth that isn't populated with billions of humans though? earth really isnt as good as any other planet since its already populated with another race.

Papa kent death scene was stupid as hell. They tried to be dramatic but came off as corny.

The end fight scene is cool and they even go to space and fight but somehow end up back in metropolis close enough for Lois lane to run over and see superman kill Zod. Stupid.

The story was rushed and the scenes on Krypton were pretty dope maybe better than the earth scenes.

Don't really like Cavill just something stale about him.

Metropolis does get fukked up maybe too much. Resentment for superman could be in order depending how u look at things.

That's Goyer for you. He needs to be checked by the Director with a fine tooth comb. If he isn't then this is what happens. That's also the downside with Snyder he usually leaves the scripts up to the writer so he won't be able sith through the weak stuff like someone like Del Toro or Nolan would do.

I enjoyed the flick. But that's because I go to the movies to suspend my disbelief. I don't go looking for plausible scenario's explaining why Superman can fly.

Pa Kent's philosophy was dumb tho, I do recall thinking that in the movie.

The "geekiest" thought I had after this movie was: Since the yellow sun gave both of them equal super powers and Zod was commander of the entire Kryptonian military, shouldn't he have known some ill ass kryptonian krav maga to fukk Superman up, who had no combat training, was a dumb farmboy, and had been using his powers for all of 5 minutes?

Comic nerds should probably avoid live action movies of their favorite comics.

Seems like a lot of these movies have obvious flaws that should be cleaned up a bit. Even Nolan was lazy with tdkr..they all trying to cram too much shyt in one movie sometimes they forget about the little things that make it flow or at least make sense.
