I been thinking about gettin back in the gym during these winter months...but I'm so outta shape that I'm really tryna duck that whole cardio scene
All I'm really tryna do is put a little bit of weight on and then sculpt it. Is it possible to throw cardio in the bushes and still achieve this? Or is cardio as vital as diet?
