i hadn't worked legs in 15 years. i was doing back today at planet fitness and started the workout with smith machine rows. first, i got the bright idea to see if i could squat two plates, which is 200 on the smith. thought it would be easy. the first rep was perfect ass to ground. i highly doubt i could've done a 2nd
i was shocked. i weigh fukking 220 and cant even squat that. last time i did squats was high school football when my scrawny freshman 135lb ass got up to 225 on squat. that shyt would kill me now. im content with my upper body which is the only reason i contemplated deviating from my plans in the first place
but i see some of you skinny fakkits talking about squatting 400+ and it intrigues me. what am i missing out on by not doing squats?
