ChatGPT is mostly just copy and pasting snippets off the net for a lot of these applications.

ChatGPT doing something outside your wheelhouse, like a Chef writing a business plan, mostly shows that the people who get paid to write business don't add a lot of value beyond what anyone could copy and paste off the net.

Using ChatGPT to do something that is on your job description, like writing Excel functions or drafting business requirements, should let you know that you weren't ever really good at your job.

I use it for everything. Business plans, market analysis, drafting emails, troubleshooting IT issues, marketing plans, LinkedIn posts etc.

It’s like having a really smart assistant at your fingertips 24/7.

This is the most useful tool to come around since the iPhone.

I've definitely used it to summarize long documents and clean up docs (like resume and cover letter ). I also used it to construct a workout circuit based on the specific equipment I have in my building gym. Other than that, I haven't used it a ton.

When I’m feeling low I ask it to inspire me or if I have a issue and I need a neutral opinion/ guidance

It’s kind and wise, kind of like texting a therapist

Until it becomes factually accurate I’m less inclined to use it as a research tool, more for subjective stuff like advice and encouragement
I use it similarly to confirm feelings or thoughts that I have on particular topics.

Also use it to strengthen my argument or stance on something that I have a good feeling that I'm right about. Or if I'm making a logical leap in regards to assuming things it will let me know
