I just use it to reword emails I write at work before I send. Also when i was taking a certificate and had to write like 300 words i'd write 100 and just tell chat gpt to expand to 300

I should’ve used it for a couple courses I was taking for this purpose…I was afraid I’d get hit with plagiarism tho…I fukking hate forced word count assignments tho…some ppl can write a 350 word response and not really say shyt in regard to the question and others can nail it with just 175 words smh

My main usage that has saved me the most time is a replacement for questions that I'd usually find answers to on reddit/stack overflow. Simple things like Linux commands or explaining the difference between a docker image and a docker container, but also detailed breakdowns of error messages that really trim the time it takes to troubleshoot software issues.

Secondarily, I use it as a shorthand wikipedia when I want to get more context on a topic like why are flash drives so much cheaper than SSDs. It is a lot to swallow when it hallucinates, but we all know the top-voted/most informed-sounding solution isn't always the correct one IRL either
