how hard is it to build your own PC?

basically, Amazon sent me a dead MOBO. WTH is that ?

This pisses me off so much right now that I wanna go fight em. WTHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they told me so. They said they been having issues with all those mobos delivered by UPS but the point is he also said I don't need the PSU because that mini itx mobo has PSU integrated. I just need a laptop PSU adapter and I m good. Now, I m thinking, can this board even support a high end GPU ? SHould I get a new board ? So many questions I am asking myself now. Can thin Mini ITX get things done like any other board ?

that's the thing. they all look a like and fit most connectors on the board. I read online somebody shorted the board like that.

I have 2 sata power cables (125v and 600v) and they both fit in nicely

nvm. Gotta send it back cuz Gigabyte sent me a bad board and they gave me 50 dollar promotion. I linked this thread. Wasted my whole day and I even mentionned about getting a GC for 1 of you dudes answering questions but the lady said I gotta know y all neggas full name to get it. She deeply apologized too. I was so excityed for this build brehs. Didn't even sleep last night

Im not a gamer so i'll mostly be browsing and consuming media with the occasional software compiling. Im flirting with the idea now since I feel like a 2nd laptop is gonna be a waste of money

Theres a PC thread stickied. If you dont game, your build is gonna be cheap as fukk then as it will be CPU centered.

Upmost respect to the Coli gents that have the skillz to rebuild their own machines! I had my 2007 pc in the computer repair shop about 2-3 up to 2022 when I finally decided to spend some bucks on an up to date model.
I tried to clean the fans in my old joint but messed up the chip hosing.
