I was more or less talking about a chick that hits you multiple times a day, or makes a big deal about not talking to you "all day" at the end of the night. I just always followed the rule that "if she likes you, then she will want to be bothered with you". She's only ever initated once after we first met and that was a couple of days after she put her number in my phone.

It's just weird always making the first move like that, it really does seem like the other person isn't interested.

I've dealt with women who would call that thirsty and what not so I've always been treading around when it came to that. I'd make the first move initially but if I didn't see the same amount of attraction or whatever I'd think she wasn't interested and wouldn't chase. I've been doing that and I'm probably placing her on a pedestal and need to quit that but I just haven't been feeling the other women as much as her, I'll get over it I'm sure but just damn you know? I guess it's more than sex.
