only a few years ago these mofos were on life support about to die.

ICDC closed down three years ago I believe. But a lot of people attacked Romeo because he was telling people to go to ICDC while he was going to USC (California). ICDC while shady was actually better than other for profit scams.
Btw this is the perfect time to promote that infamous commercial
@Scott Larock , I made the last post specifically because you said that you had a similar bad experience , and had signed on for a similar class action lawsuit. What is the current status of the suit and do you think this ITT ruling will impact your case?
Thanks for the update and for being candid about the situation. And good luck.I'm on a list with over 100,000 students signed up so far but we haven't heard a reply yet from the Department of Education. Besty Devos is a major for profit school backer and she was firmly against getting rid of FPC in Florida when it was going down. Another school around here Everest University was forced to shut down a few years back but the students still haven't had their loans cancelled yet.
We're still fighting this and this will probably not be resolved no time soon.
As for ITT impacting our case IDK to be honest Pennsylvania and Florida aren't different states wit different economies. Florida really relies on poor people to do certain things and the job wages kinda favor that, we have a large poverty class that's really in the best interest to keep poor.
Also I thin Mass.... also shut down a lot of college and refunded the students....
IT may be difficult for me since Keiser changed to a non profit a few years ago but I'm keeping hope.
sounds like chef school.Add in AI, Le Cordon Bleu and SCAD into that pile.
Aaaaannd now I get that corny girl with the bad rap commercial on BET out of my head.
I have two cousins that went to Devry that makes $150,000+ easily
sounds like chef school.
They were ripping off students? Is Jack Tripper gonna have to go down there and smack people?
Career Education Corporation, the for-profit company behind Le Cordon Bleu, originally hoped to sell off the culinary schools. Instead, the corporation has picked the cheaper option of simply shutting down the domestic campuses.
...
According to BuzzFeed, Le Cordon Bleu’s trade degrees “were threatened by the Obama administration’s gainful employment rule, which cuts off federal financial aid to schools where graduates borrow money at high rates to pay for school but earn little after graduation.”
Exactly, not all for profit schools are created equal.I heard their actual tech labs are pretty good. I know delta hires a lot of It devry grads.
"hey, bu-bu-but regulation is bad for free enterprise"heh @ Tripper. The corporations behind these degree mills are on some other mess. Debt farming, basically. Loan entities then feed the debts up the food chain, package, resell, the usual. Real estate in 2008 all over again.
