Think about where humans evolved and which countries consistently dominate endurance events in the Olympics.

The average person on the street can't outrun a bulldog to get away let alone a predator in the motherland breh.

4 mile run post workout earlier this week. Just finished a 200 mile challenge in 90 days. Nothing impressive but that was a milestone for me.

I smoke a lot of Bud..like a lot so I’m sure it messes with my endurance a bit. On my longer runs I enjoy being a bit blitzed while running.

My fastest is 7:30 but that’s really pushing myself, I average 8:30 when I’m just doing it for cardio. I wish I was faster but I’m a big guy and it smashes my lower back and knees up to go faster for long periods
