the only reason i watch espy is because its' the only sports channel i get on basic cable. i would upgrade but cable is included in my rent and paying for it when i don't have to seems stupid.

Too many people are loyal to the brand. It shows in how people would rather complain about ESPN rather than tune into the alternative.

Are you kidding me? ESPN framed the story to BE ABOUT PATERNO, when it had nothing to do with it this is common fact now. I do not want to turn this into Penn State/Joe Paterno, but you're fukked in the head if you don't think ESPN (and Mark May) went COMPLETELY the wrong direction on that story.

Nothing sells like sensationalism (I.E. Tebow) except for tearing down an icon. That's what ESPN did. Turned it from a Jerry Sandusky scandal to a Penn State scandal to a Joe Paterno scandal.

People still overlooking the fact that Mike McQueary's testimony was proved to be horsesh1t and he never saw "anal rape" in the shower like ...

I think your being alil short sighted I don't mean a year from now..but over time..ppl will lose interest as a first stop let me see what's going on sports channel if they keep up the trend of less real sports and more fukkery. shyt is comical the stories they run sometimes.ESPN wasn't always the a must tune into for sports. NBA n NFL networks are relatively new in their current format. Viewership doesn't just expand over night
