My steppop many years ago told me we have to be twice as good as everyone else. It fukking sucks, but it's literally the only way.
I get to work before everyone, I put in more work than most people, I make the shyt look effortless, don't let anyone see me sweat, and I do it with style. It's not fair, but there's very few people that work harder than me, and the ones that do make more money than me. That's it.

Choose better partners. Know exactly what your partner's parenting philosophy is. Don't have kids unless you can cost for them.
Parents need to teach kids skills and especially financial literacy. Like, even if my parents gave me an idea about how to study I would be better off as an adult today. One of my parents has a trade but they didn't force me to learn even though I was a kid who did as they were told.
Teach children accountability for their actions beyond beating them.
Ban social media.
To be black you must assume that you have to be better just to be on a level playing field.
Humans tend to be the weakness in a lot of systems, so I would say social engineering should be a goal. The ability to project whatever you want to whoever you want, or get the conversation target to provide reveal desired information or an emotional response.
How you would that be taught on a community level? I don't know. But I know a lot of brehs who can't read the room or effectively code switch.
But stuff like choosing non-race specific names helps. Sure, when you get to an interview or apply for a loan they'll still see you're black, but all things being considered even a 2-5% change is progress. But that's not really about being a "better" man, and more how to get more out of life.

If you can pull a baddie who does absolutely nothing genetically for your child, then maybe you can find an intelligent women and stay committed to them to raise a good kid in a decent upbringing.
That’s the right, non-cut corners answer.
Remember, your child will be competing against kids who have two parents as engineers, went to Caltech/M.I.T, etc. These people won’t have a problem with educational resources. The truth is, it’ll take generations of those decisions. That’s how some groups of people and families stay smart. My wife and I are 90% sure we’re not having kids, so we’ll be the rich aunt/uncle giving our money to high-potential nieces and nephews, one of which is going to M.I.T right now.
So imagine if you pick a complete dumbass as a partner because you made your choice based on their body, face, etc. Your kid most likely won’t be able to compete.
