(Epends on why they shy,if they just not friendly that's one thing....if they shy bcuz they have bad personalitys in a typical social setting that's another....sumbody can be shy about talking to the opposite sex cuz they scared but not of actual conversation....people who ain't friendly might try to give off a vibe to avoid any conversation but still might like u....id say u gotta know which u dealing with...even shy women drop hints though a lot of times
