Are you for it or against it?

Do you feel it would be a good experience for youth? Do you think only men should participate in compulsory service? Do you think it would substitute as a man-hood ritual?

Totally against it and I am a veteran. It is a dumb idea if there is no war. First of all it is very expensive and people are not going to want to pay for it because they don't think that it would be necessary; which is true if there is no war. Second of all we have a volunteer military so if people don't volunteer then that means that they don't want to do it. So leave them alone.

Good idea but this is the white man we're talking about here. Who can trust this guy to have good intentions.

On one hand I'd like to see a way for black people to become more disciplined and united internally with a united nation, but this the white man we talking about here

Probably gonna be a way for the white man to create small militias out of redpill identity extremists for his wet dream race war.

Not everyone can adapt and not everyone can keep up with the standards of the US military. Sure it will do some folks good but, vast majority just trying to do they job and go home. Basic training would weed a lot of people out.

The only reason we have it good here is the military situation.

Geographically we have a huge advantage, but our willingness to reach out and touch a mf is maybe equally important.

Ground troops are less of a factor with satellites, guided missiles, and drones, but there still needs to be soldiers.

I just wonder how society works if every young person spends years in the army instead of starting a career or getting higher education.

Maybe let the people who choose college have a pass so they can develop those type skills. Perhaps force all the high school drop outs, criminals, and people with no marketable skills into the military. This type military would have to be primarily a training ground tho. The people forced into it come out with trade skills or other skills. More of a civil service army that's building infrastructure and doing community service here in the US.

Train everyone as soldiers, but maybe save the actual overseas combat for volunteers?

this right here

the impact of a volunteer military and a conscription military are dramatically different at the core. if people don't want to be there, they're just going to fukk up when you really, really can't afford to fukk up.
