This is so underrated. I grew up in a divorced household and had friends and stepbrothers in the same situation. None of our parents ever went the court route. I know a cat now that got a chick pregnant, told her he wasn’t going to be in the child’s life and she should get an abortion. She had the baby anyways and he’s never been involved and for whatever reason she has never tried to get anything from him (from what I’ve heard, haven’t heard much about the situation in a few years so idk). Btw I’m not advocating being a deadbeat just stating my experience.

Have a good relationship with ya baby moma 2 where she dont hafta file 4 child supprt. Alot of women fucc themselves when they file cuz the daddy b doing more than what the court would order him 2 pay. Also if she files 4 medicaid or tanf she has 2 file but she could always say she dont know who the father is but if the daddy is listed on the birth certificate he fuccd.

My friend and her man live together, and have been together for 10 years. And the state still made her put him on child support because she’s on Medicaid for her special needs child.

They’re still together. They LIVE together. And they deadass dock his check every week and send her the money. In the same house

There’s literally no way to avoid child support(other than the custodial parent not filing in the first place).
