You're paying either way. It's just the main goal is to have your woman not go through white daddy to get that money. Your mouthpiece must be extra crisp and you can't be unreliable or a piece of shyt.

1) Don't impregnate vindictive hoes with violent mood swings and personality traits of reality TV stars

2) Boldly communicate that youre going to contribute monetarily each month regardless of relationship status and work out the details (monthly payment)

3) During the gestation period, stack your money to the heavens/increase your earning potential so a monthly contribution to your kid won't have your electric bill in danger of being turned off and your bytch becoming enraged cuz you juelzin'

4) If you followed step #1 correctly, shell be reasonable, smart and leveled headed enough to work with you for the best interest of the kid

5) Gladly pay your "child support" and be glad you have the opportunity to increase/temporarily decrease the payment amount with adult conversation with your bytch without cac intervention

6) Document each payment for records

This is good advice but most courts only consider everything you do for your child before the mom files for CS as a “gift” so from the very moment the woman files child support back to when the child is born, they’re gonna charge you the CS amount for every month that kid’s been alive. The only way to get out of that back pay is if the woman decides to waive it.

They got my partner like that. He had a 7 year old with his ex and he broke up with her and moved on. He was a great dad as well. She got pissed and filed CS. He got hit with the back pay and when the judge asked if she wanted to waive it she hit my nikka with the

Yeah I told him he could take it to court but until he gets the folks involved its all in the hands of the mothers and neither one going for it right now. One of them is particularly hateful always making post about her current boyfriend like "I'm so glad a real man stepped up to raise my daughter " or posting pictures of her boyfriend and the baby with captions like " my daughter and her daddy"

Thats unconstitutional and outright inhumane. How can anyone have 7 years of back Pay of Child support, saved up, in this economy?

Best to file joint custody, get a Black Moor lawyer that will fight against those laws, and have your side of the family involved in every step of the way. And get a DNA test before you sign any forms in the hospital. No way in hell Ima let any bitter woman raise my kids by herself, on my dime.
