First off, your perception of the general physique of a prisoner is distorted. There are plenty of :flabbynsick: prisoners.

Next, to the point of how much they eat, a lot of prisoner eat pretty decent off commissary. And you do get three meals a day in prison, although the food is shytty and they really don't give you a lot of it.

The fact of the matter is, a lot of these nikkas are getting ripped off straight calisthenics. Push ups and shyt go a long way. When I was locked up we used to get a deck of cards and do however many push ups the card we flipped said (facecards=10 and Aces=20) then we would walk a lap around the dorm, and flip another card and do some more push ups. We would repeat that cycle until we used the whole deck. This was all day everyday nikka.

Breh for one not every prisoner is brolic alot of husky nikkas and skinny ass nikkas in there and fat nikkas, actually its not a whole lot of brolic nikkas in there, because the nutrition is shyt.

But you are able to get commissary breh, so you can get things like fish, milk, refried beans, etc not to many healthy options to choose from, but if you workout hard and do cardio you can stay relatively lean in there.

Prison workouts are GOAT:wow:

I did 6 years by the way

ok word. I saw some of these dudes on tv and it just looked like it would be impossible to stay that big with the food they give you in prison. i thought commissary was only for junk food like ramen noodles and twix bars. i keep hearing eating is like 80% of the workout yet these dudes getting brolic without huge servings of chicken and protein shakes.

i thought dudes in general had to get brolic to fightgangs or someone will test you, especially in a maximum security joint. I didnt think it would be possible to stay brolic in prison without protein powder, meat, etc.. Im just gonna follow you dudes and worry about food and all the other shyt later. thanks brehs, yall should write a book on this

Nah breh, the workouts and number of reps you do will force the body to grow, seeing prisoners grow with my own 2 eyes, discredits alot of bullshyt they put out here such as overtraining and needing a bunch of protein,no such thing as overtraining, some cats do chest everyday and arms. But commissary is alot of junk, but there is decent healthy choices on there,if you have enough discipline, and they do have protein powder at some joints, but it's bullshyt for the most part.

And nah breh, maximum joints are tough, but it's more so the rules that's tougher not the prisoners, being brolic in prison definently has it's perks, because not too many people gonna try you,but long as you mind your business and carry yourself with respect you wont have too many problems, prison is soft compared to the old days, but it's still dangerous as it's filled with a bunch of clowns.

Because the supps industry is a straight scam. You don't need that much food and you damn sure don't need protein powders.

In prison they don't have access to junk, liquor, etc. Its straight carbs and bodyweight exercises with whatever protein they get from real food. That's a undefeated regimen.

Nah in prison they do have access to junk, lots of it,and they have access to liquor called pruno. But as I said you can get some things off the commissary that has protein in it.

But the workouts and having discipline to eat as clean as possible in there will get you brolic

They are getting protein through turkey or whatever protein they are served during their meals. They can get cut if they are disciplined in working out all day long and not eating junk.
If they have a canteen where they can buy more food, they may be able to get additional protein intake.
