I thought this was about how binge watching is the worst way to watch a show...which, IMO, it is....for most shows. I want to let each episode breathe a little.

I binged the first 3 seasons of Breaking Bad on like Christmas or Thanksgiving Thursday. Finished on a Sunday. I think we were basically snowed in out here. So it was pretty easy. I had caught up with season 4 before it premiered.

There's no way a non unemployed person is binge watching 6 season of a tv show in a week. Anytime someone tells me that they binge watch a season I automatically assume they're unemployed.
Bout to binge watch game of thrones. Never seen 1 episode in my Life.

I believe 6 seasons is sufficient enough credibility for a show to be worth my time. :manny:

Some people are retired or self-employed. Others have unconventional schedules. Some people have no requirement to work, as in the case of students. Others are part-time employed. Some people work from home and watch shows in the background. Some people can watch tv at work.
The scenarios are countless.

You really should post better. You are embarrassing yourself.

I love binge watching but my attention span be too short at times. It's like I don't pay enough attention while watching. Like I'm distracted. I wonder why. :mjpls:

I still remember when dat darevil season 1 dropped that shyt was so much piff...:banderas: every episode had a damn near cliffhanger ending so I was caught up I binged like 7 episodes in one day on Friday morning. It was so good I had to finish it the next day after getting sleep... :mjcry: only problem is that once it's over your waiting for season 2 then you gotta resist the temptation not to binge it all at once... :heh:

Netflix drop the whole season at once it's hard to resist.

I understand what OP is saying though. You work for 7-8 hours, commute, run your errands, cook/eat get ready for tomorrow...by then you have...maybe 2 hours of TV to watch.

Now if you get some down time, like a week off for vacation, or alone time for a few hours, then it's possible to squeeze in more....but other than that...

And you're not really binge watching if you trying cook/clean/eat/commute/work/homework with kids with the TV on in background.

I think the most episodes I can do in 1 day is about 4...1 disc.

For the last 10 years I've either worked from home or lived within 5 minutes from my job. The first show I ever binged was Smallville. Knocked out 4 seasons in about a 9 days. I'd wake up and watch one in the morning. Come home for lunch and watch another episode and then another 3 or 4 at night after getting off work. Then on those weekends I'd watch all day until I got ready to go out. Since then I can only binge shows that really catch my attention. Took me forever on Breaking Bad and Mad Men to get into them hardcore but once I did it was a wrap. All plans were on hold until I finished.
