I don't know breh, him and Pusha T did a tour in 2012-2013 for Soul Tape 2....they did smaller venues and only certain cities. Then either after or before that, Fab was doing a ST2 tour in Europe.

I havent checked, but he's probably doing a ST3 tour right now.

If I had to guess, I'd say he's pulling in $5-6 mil a year.

remember a couple of years ago when Too Short got arrested for something and they said he was still getting 20K a show. And then I remember when Nas was going thru that child support stuff, they said he was making like $10 mil a year and that was with no albums out.
When nas was going through the child support thing his earnings were released and it was 120 k a month .... Not 10 mil a year

THAT LIST WAS BACK IN 2012, but it just gives u an idea the price range of some washed up rappers can make.

I watch love and hip hop new york and jim jones got $25,000 for just doing one show.

The price range is different for different venues

I might make $30,000 here in cali for a show, but only get offered $10,000 for a show in nebraska

If a washed up rapper and can pull off at least $10,000 a month for 8 months u good. but a lot of these dudes continue to have hanger ons who make these dudes finances at a negative light

Dinko D used to work at the Salvation Army in my town. I was listing to Kay Slay show last week he had some country rapper on his xm show. I can't think of his name, but dude said he made over 80k last year just from doing shows, do verses for anybody as low as $100 or so. Kay was saying how some rappers(mainly the none stars) often turn down whatever money is offered because they're stuck on their set price. While those that do builds up their value, can keep getting booked and ends up better financially.

Dudes like Lil Wayne can get like 50K per show or higher, so some of these older guys can get 5K for a small show. If they do 2 shows amonth, that's 100K a year. :manny:

A dude like Fabolous is still making a ton of money. Drop a mixtape then tour small venues in the USA, then go to Europe.
LOL you pay Lil Wayne 50 K he's not performing any songs. You might get him for that for a walk through at your club at most. You looking at 200K minimum to book Wayne just to do like a 10 minute set.

Oh yeah don't forget about the intentional market. If you're really lyrical or a were big in the 90s, you can make a killing overseas. Some of these underground acts that are nothing here are big deals overseas because they're still very much into lyrics.

Washed up rappers should try out for Love and Hip Hop too. Peter Gunz was making 50K an episode :whew:

to me that just proves that the older dudes can make more money. Especially if they have a good catalog.

Coolio is probably somewhere doing shows getting $10K a night. LOL

breh that is absolute bullshyt. $50K a show on fukking VH1? Fam, Will Ferrell was only making like 17K per episode when he was on SNL and he was the top dog on that show during that time. If you're doing a bullshyt reality show on VH1 or BET or something like that you might make a couple of Gs per episode or they just give you a little lump sum and call it a day. Most reality show that are not the Kardashians aren't making that much $$$$ which is fine because they are cheap to produce/edit

Let me help my brethren here. Its simple logic. Let's say you're a promoter why would u pay someone 300k. How would you make that back and profit? How much u charging. How many people you expect? What about security and insurance.

Everyone like to exaggerate how much they get paid. I mean except for my IT cert having 2 pawgs in the morning 2 in the afternoon and double on weekends coli brehs

That is precisely why minor ass promoter don't book the likes of Wayne/Drake/Ye. I mean you're answering your own question

Can't remember where I read it, but it wasn't from him. It came out after Eric Mena was claiming she got 500,000 an episode or some outlandish shyt.

Idk if I can believe that. Whenever ppl from the show are on the breakfast club, charlemagne always alludes to them getting paid scraps. Ppl on shows like Curb your enthusiasm and the office don't even get paid that.
