Of course steroids, aka chemical messenger are a magic pill. The sole reason males are bigger, stronger and more muscular than women is because they produce more androgens. More androgens = More anabolic effect.

Why do people down play the impacts of steroids?? We witnessing physiques never seen before in human history; all this occurred after this synthesising testosterone in the 1930s.

Pharmaceutical Human grade steroids were more readily available pre1990 than today. You could walk into a doctors office and walk away with a prescription for Test, Deca, Var, Winny and others; and possession of anabolic steroids wasn’t seen as a criminal offence as well

They had weight lifting equipment in prison back then (they got banned andremoved in the late 90s)... plus u could smoke cigs which helps suppress your appetite.

I didnt downplay steroids breh but steroids or not, you got to put in the fukking work. Its not a magic pill to where you can either sit on your ass or do the bare minimum and get insane results. There are more people on steroids that have poor physiques than the ones who are on roids and have impressive physiques. Trust me bro. Im in the fitness industry with a pretty good following.
