How did he get this body mainly eating fruits and vegetables

What’s up with this diet?? I’m genuinely curious

It's a diet that is based on Meat, Seafood, Eggs, and some also eat Dairy

The Diet is an emphasis on eating Animal protein, amino acids, and fat soluble vitamins. Which is very vital to Human nutrition, and the vitamins/minerals from this diet way more bioavailable than the Vegan diet

Right now I'm like 80%-85% Carnivore. The other 20% is vegetables, spices, and pasta

That is more propaganda than anything. The "red meat is bad for you" mantra started around the Cold War when the fear of food scarcity and world hunger was a big deal with the growing population. So they needed an alternative food source to Meat and they found that with Grains and Vegetables, which is 10x cheaper to process in mass quantities, on top of the unbelievable profit margins an Agricultural business can make from processing them

Eating too much Grains and Vegetables can cause an averse effect on the body because they cause Anti-Nutrients. Plants don't want to be eaten (It sounds funny, but it's true) so they produce their own form of poison in the form of lectins, oxalates, goitrogens, phytoestrogens, phytates, and tannins
