I don't think let is the right word..... it happened and I doubt the local police even knew until it was too late.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
NY bloods is some prison/rykers island shyt... nikkaz went in and spread that shyt like wild fire throughout the city

UBN, United Bloods Nation... I dont even think they connected at all with westcoast bloods... Blacks needed to unite against spanish gangs in prison n took the name bloods n ran with it...

Not sure if OG Mack the founder spent time in Cali n became blood there n brought that shyt over here...

There are a few crip sets here n there, specially in BK n NJ, but them nikkaz heavy outnumbered here.... They get put in a separate block cell with the fakkits in jail prison cuz they will get killed in ny...

So yeah aint no westcoast Blood OG pullin rank out here... I dont think NY bloods connected to So Cal bloods at all

Down South I think its more recent... would love to get the info from down south brehs tho

UBN were influential just like west coast Bloods.

They have sets from Boston all the way down to Miami. None in DC in Philly but they do have sets in Atlanta, Charlotte, Jersey, PA, Baltimore etc.

Thats something I'd figure... the high number of eastcoast nikkas movin down south these last two decades had something to do with the blood shyt spreadin down there

I also think they rep the same sets n rep the 5 in the south, something westcoast bloods dont do

Marketing through music and other media.

Here in Houston, Chicago gangs came first.

BDs/GDs/VLs came down here to get money, ended up beefing with the local gangs then eventually clicking up with them.

The local gangs would eventually drop their names and just take the Chicago gang names because they got sold on the idea of belonging to a larger organization with "knowledge and principles".

Bloods and Crips didn't explod down here until the 8-Ball shyt along with LA Gangs having a resurgence in rap music like from 2002-2005.

Between movies and music coming out of LA, they definitely marketed to Young impressionable black teens and men. Add to that, dudes on the run and it became easy to set up shop in other cities.

Because in most cities you have a bunch of loosely defined gangs/clicks. Most who name changed every decade or so. So for them to change to a blood gang means nothing to them. It's just a name for them nothing else.

Hell you got bloods on the east coast banging 5... That shyt makes no sense.

crips and bloods are all over America, south, midwest, east coast. How did all the goons in those cities let those LA nikkas come in and colonize their hoods? I'm a Chicago nikka so that shyt is confounding to me. nikkas would get their head bust to the white meat talking about they starting a crip or blood set.

Didn’t and won’t fly in dc or pg Maryland always thought other cities were corny as hell repping hoods from state they never even been to

You do know UBN was a California blood movement before the NYC one?

Hoover's were here first, you tripping. California gangs were here well before Chicago. My hood started out with our gangs then Hoover blew up. Then the bloods have been majority for like the last almost 30 year's. Hoover's making a come back.

They were :mjlol:

I watched a video not too long ago about a blood or crip set in Texas that took their name from an existing set in LA.

LA cats found out about it and pulled up on them.

They ended up giving them approval to keep repping it but it proves my point.

They took the name because it seemed "cool" to them.

Straight clowns

What chicago rappers are under the 5 claiming blood?:gucci:
He'll I can't even think of any drill rappers that's not folks. And most of them are not claiming blood.
Chicago gangs are imitating the bloods like the Damenville Gangster disciples.

Both of those gangs imitating California bloods.
