A lot of women are lazy and used to having things handed to them. People in general are lazy but as a male the world teaches you from early that as a man you gotta work for everything you obtain. 
A lot of men these days are effeminate so you see more going the route of lipos, bbl drizzy procedures.
What gets me though is these build-a-bod thots like in OP that'll get a procedure done then start taking hella gym selfie to make it seem like they worked for that body.
The older I get the more I realize most females must got this preset in their brains to just happily be delusional and not face reality.
