How Can I get My Calves bigger

I have weak calves due to just genetics but obviously every muscle can grow if you force it too, I need to spend some serious time building them up to be honest.

most black folks don't have big calves. Hell even sprinters don't


Yeah ran track in high school and college and none of us had calves like that.

Did calf raises all throughout high school but never saw the gains. I might give it another whirl in 2017

Same here, they are stubborn as fukk but I have seen a difference lately since I have been doing them 4-5 times a week.

I don't have a bench, a barbell nor do i have access to a gym

alls i got is 2 dumbbells and around 50-60lb weights in total.

help me fitness brehs. what are some exercises i can do? I know dumbbell squats are one.

Calf press, Farmer walks, Lunges, jump rope if you feel like doing cardio. The thing with building calves, is repetition, you have to do it ALOT. That and genetics.

Man fukk calves. That shyt is like 80% genetics and 20% u working out. I played soccer and football and ran track from 2nd grade until end of high school and them shyts never grew. Decided to do calve raises a few years ago and all i got was pure pain but no gains. Just said fukk it

I leaning toward thinking big calves are genetic
Ive been doing calf raises for years and then I'll see some fat cac with basketballs for calves like :aicmon:

It's Asians here. Even those tiny girls put my shyt to shame :mjcry:

Grow up as a fat kid :mjcry:.


Or calve raises every strength training day and jump rope on off days.

I was a fat kid, still got discount ass calves :francis:

Gotta lift the calves high to hit all the muscles, and have to hit them heavy, 4x 45's for 15+ reps. One straight set with your feet straight, and one turned at 10:30/1:30

If your calves ain't burnin' after those last reps, you didn't put enough work in.
