Depends on the test. I took 2 (23andme and ancestry) and then put my raw DNA into DNAland and GEDmatch which can interpret your DNA 7 different ways. I have 10 tests that all literally said something different. Some are drastically different. 23andme and ancestry do a country break down but the only one that attempts to do try and break down African counties is ancestry. I found ancestry matched up with my research the least. But my highest percentage it gave me from one African country is 17% from Cameroon/Congo. On that same test my highest European was 14% Scandinavian.
