Always thought he was overrated.

Any wrestler who thinks they lost their spark just because they were no longer undefeated should not be taken seriously.

He was definitely better than that fakkit that lost in 10 seconds to Ultimate Warrior, Terra Ryzing.

Here is the think with Taker though, he was a athletic big, but he wasn't limited in wrestling skill. I am not saying that is bad thing, but Taker is not a good comparison; as he could promo as well. When I see Goldberg, I just see that build up of crushing his victims.. and then once he gets the title, then what? Its like, "How do you defeat a man that cannot be beaten?" which is why I absolutely hate streaks, because once they lose and if you have no backup plan, then you fukked up the bag.

But that's just me.
Na, in his prime, he was incredible in the ring. That's the thing. He was really hurting ppl and slamming the shyt outta them. Doing cartwheels out the way and spearing nikkas. Roundhouse kicking nikkas in the dome and shyt (I lowkey thought he was half black)...... but him hurting Bret then wrestling in the E at 70 years old fukked him up as far as how we depict him. He should've retired over a decade ago. Also that Brock Lesnar match. WWE tried to make that shyt, the battle of the bigs and big meaty nikkas instead of making it like some Big Show vs Brock match. The nikka should've wrestled Taker or Austin because Brock is technically kinda overrated.

he was just a perfect fit with the perfect storyline

his storyline made him mythic

and his story also made the entire playing field shakey because he was a power shifter
so you never really knew in the beginning at least, what he was going to do
speaking from a WCW perspective

Eric Bischoff getting into a argument over how and why Goldberg could lose the streak..claiming he wasn't a finish guy.

As both a Warrior fan in the 90s and Goldberg fan in the late 90s, I highly disagree.

Goldberg was more like a babyface version of the undertaker. An athletic big with freak athleticism that knew how to utilize his size around the ring. Both didn't say much and had incredible finishes to their matches. Both also pushed to fight Saudi Arabian matches in their 70s and 80s looking like athletic geriatrics killing their whole mysticism agenda especially when they open their mouth.

Warrior is what Lex Luger should've been. Both overrated, overpowered and pushed to the ceiling because they had a certain look. Moves were trash af though but they gave that fakkit Vince Sr. an orgasm. I thought Lex torture rack was way better than the body splash though.
We all did the torture rack as kids..used to torture cousins with that. Torture Rack, Perfect Plex, Jake DDT, Razor's Edge. Everyone loved that. Rude Awakening too.

But they haven’t
Pizza has done sponsor ship but only for their show, they didn’t have a national advertisement with a current wwe wrestler
