I don’t know why people are disagreeing with @Swagnificent . What he’s saying isn’t rocket science. Most women would rather be in a harem to a wealthy man than be in a loyal relationship with a average guy. The only thing stopping them is opportunity and to a lesser extent, self respect.

I never said anything about men in my post. I was strictly talking about women. I already know about the male nature...which is why women do what they do and make their moves on the low. That’s the key issue that men don’t want to consider. They want unrestricted access to women while restricting women’s access to men. That one man and his riches will never be enough and as soon as she gets a taste of a lifestyle where she isn’t primarily oriented towards survival, eyes start looking elsewhere, especially when she is sharing affection/attention with other women.
This set up only works if all other avenues and opportunities are pretty much unavailable to women...or if they are indoctrinated socially. And even then, side dudes make it difficult.

Your whole side dikk scenario is cool or whatever, but, speaking as a woman who is supported by a man, it's not reality. In fact, for some, the inherent power imbalance only adds to the experience (for both, or in this case, all participants).
Further, I would imagine that Akon chose his women with some understanding of this dynamic. He simply wouldn't have chosen a woman who thought like you. (I mean no offense, ijs.) These women know exactly what they signed up for and the consequences of non compliance.
