lol I just copped a chopped beef sandwich from skips bbq & burgers truck at the big city lot today cuz the convo was making me crave :ohlawd:.



I know you veg, but if you ever getcho car situation straight(lol) slide thru on any fri or sat evening and see how much more lively it is now.

Plz. I grew up by langley and hirsch. My people house still there.

Idk what would be going on for me by big city tho. I don't eat nowhere there. Closest decent thing is Taco Bell on little york

Like I toldja b4 all my ppl from here too and I STILL stay in the area and I've seen it transform over the years right b4 my eyes.

Dude, you could come RIGHT NOW and see what the Big City lot look like for yaself. Why you think TLH was sending they food truck over here regular just a couple months ago? Betchu ain't even know bout that.

And u don't know food or out of touch with the hood if you think some mf taco bell is the best thing in the area..........like what? :skip:

shyt now that I think about it, all them apartments at Villas and Crofton used to be the mfkn wild west, specially when I stayed there.

Now Ion remember the last time I heard about someone getting shot out that way.

Again, ain't sayin shyt sweet. It's still the block. But, it definitely ain't death trap it used to be either.

And im saying since i eat plant based, aint really no options around homestead but fried rice from acme/timmy chan, fries from jack in the box/churches/whataburger/chicfila and a bunch of options at Taco Bell. Thats i said Taco Bell

It's SOME black veg options in the area, but it definitely ain't a lot.

SE got the most vegan black soul/southern/bbq options fashisho.

Crazy thing is MOST vegan places in the city are black owned tho.
