oh Houston, you're getting to coastal prices now.

It's all about location, and if you are willing to pay for convenience of not commuting or not. But for 1800/month I can get a pretty dope condo in the inner loop and it wouldn't have to be a studio.

Oh not hatin on it. Just disappointed that I see the inevitable taking place in Houston (and Dallas). Downtown is going to have the most expensive rentals in most major cities. That's no question about that. If you are an urbanite, this is what you're going for.
