Starting March 1st, 4 ounces or less you will not go to jail or anything. You will be given the option to take a 4 hour class and that's it. Nothing on your record. If you don't show for the class I believe though I believe they issue a warrant for arrest. Now if you're caught in a school zone or already out on bond or on probation and you're caught with any amount then it's punishment as usual. Basically for model citizens like myself this shyt is heaven
